Individual Therapy

This is focused, personalized work. Not generic support or passive validation. Using a combination of DBT-informed skills, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and somatic approaches rooted in my background as a Registered Yoga Teacher, each session is tailored to where you are and what you need. Whether you're processing trauma, navigating a life transition, or simply tired of feeling stuck in the same cycles, this work is designed to move you forward.

Investment: $185
Location: In-person in South Jersey or virtual throughout New Jersey and Florida

I accept Lyra insurance. For all other insurance, I am an out-of-network provider. Many clients receive partial reimbursement directly from their insurance company — I'm happy to provide a superbill to support that process.

Half Day Intensive

Some things can't be adequately addressed in 55 minutes. For clients who are ready to go deeper, faster, or who want to dedicate focused time to a specific issue, a half day intensive offers an immersive, uninterrupted space to do concentrated work.

Unlike weekly therapy, intensives are designed to create significant movement in a single extended session. There's no warm-up time, no stopping just as things get moving, and no week long wait to pick up where you left off.

Intensives at Felt Sense Counseling are fully tailored to your specific goals and could include:

  • Trauma-focused ART intensive — for clients ready to process and resolve specific traumatic memories or experiences using Accelerated Resolution Therapy

  • DBT skills intensive — for clients who want to build a personalized, practiced toolkit for navigating emotional intensity, relationships, or life transitions

  • Combined approach — for clients whose needs span both trauma resolution and skills development
